Fee system

The following table summarizes the fee system for the Symposium. Early payment is extended to April 30, 2025 May 9, 2025.

(***) On-site cash payments are not allowed, and payment must be completed by June 30. Before filling out the form, you may consult the Registration Form Template to review the required information. Please note that this template is for reference only and cannot be used to register.

Important:
Please note that no confirmation email will be sent after you submit the registration form.
If you wish to keep a record, you can print (also in PDF format ) a copy of your response after you submit the form using the dots in the upper right corner.

If you want to keep the possibility of making changes later, please click the "Save my response to edit" button. However, any modified answer will not overrule the deadlines and the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received after April 30, 2025 May 9, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.

EXTRA CHARGES
Pre- and post-conference tours must be paid with separate transactions (bank transfer or PayPal) following the instructions at Pre-Conference Tour and Post-Conference Tour webpages.
